Borrowed from the Boys

For me it will always be comfort over style. Any given day you will catch me in a pair of boots or sneakers with leggings or jeans. For this reason I have been dying to get my hands on a pair of boyfriend jeans. My quest to find the perfect pair has not been easy. After searching long and hard it finally dawned on me that I could easily make my own... for cheap. I found this particular pair in the men's section at a thrift store for 8 bucks and made them my own by distressing them and cuffing the bottoms. I added a slightly fitted blazer (burgundy is slowly making its way into my favorite colors) and a pair of simple suede pointed toe heels to complete the look.

Fall Trends: Wool Floppy Hats

Hey there! It has been an extremely busy last couple of weeks for me, but I am slowly getting back into the swing of things. Recently many different hats have really caught my eye, particularly floppy hats. In my opinion there is no better accessory than a floppy hat for the fall. These hats add an instant touch of chic sophistication to any outfit. But don't think that floppy hats are only designated for the colder seasons. These fashionable hats have ability to be worn all year round. Whether paired with a faux fur vest and thigh high boots for the fall/winter or your favorite bohemian dress with sandals for the sping/summer, adding a floppy to your outfit instantly creates an effortlessly fashionable look. Check out some inspiration below.
